About

Architectural design on Nantucket is one of the most challenging yet rewarding types of design I have encountered in my twenty five years of residential and commercial architectural design.  I find it very empowering to be my client's "on island advocate" and oversee their project from start to finish. Every design has it challenges and rewards, from simple additive massing to the most intricate family estate.

Starting out on Nantucket being mentored by Lyman Perry, one of the greatest architects this island has ever had, gave me the confidence and experience to go out on my own when he retired. Never one to fully stop working, I have been fortunate to still do projects with Lyman to this day.

I moved to Nantucket with my husband on a great adventure leaving family and friends back in the Bay Area in 2006.  Fully embracing our "leap of faith" we are so pleased to call Nantucket our home.  We now have two daughters, extended family and friends and I cherish the ability to create compelling and unique designs on such a beautiful island.
