Commercial Design
Starting out on island with Lyman Perry Architects was not only a wonderful experience but Lyman introduced me to the staff at GHYC. Through this I have been lucky to work with GHYC for many years. Starting out with squash courts, staff housing and kitchen updates to adding fitness classrooms and new spa areas to the Sports Barn this past year, it has been a rewarding experience. Commercial work on island has the same design restrictions as residential but instead of one client there are hundreds at the same time.
